Registration is now open for the 2023-2024 season. Please go to the website to sign up. And feel free to share this email with friends and family who may be interested in joining our team. Update: Fees increased by $25 and we no longer offer a sibling discount. 

Merchandise can be selected when registering. All swimmers will receive a FREE team tshirt and swim cap with PAID registration. If you would like to buy extra t-shirts and hoodies, you must do so while signing up. 

Payment: We don't have an online payment system set up. Instructions on how to submit payment is on the website when registering.

Coach update: I'm excited to welcome Grace Sadler as our new head coach for West Valley. She is from Richmond, VA and currently a student at UT. She has been coaching for 5 years and has been the head coach of her summer league in Richmond for the past 2 years. As our team continues to join forces with Bearden HS swim team, she will work alongside Bearden coaches, Ben Myhre and Matt Mikulec. If you need to reach out to any of our coaches, their emails are listed on the coaches' page of our website. They'll be happy to hear from you!

Practice Schedule: TBD/ We have a meeting with KISL in a couple weeks to determine practice days and location. We are still offering 3 days of practice and hoping for M,T,R,  but its not a guarantee at this point. And practice should begin mid September.  I will update you as soon as I know.

Meet Schedule: We expect to know the schedule by the end of September.

Parent Swim Board for next year: Its a great time to get more involved! We are needing to replace 3-4 of our parent board members for next year: President/volunteer coordinator, Treasurer, and Merchandise. Our combined board (WVSD and BHSSD) is a great group of people who enjoy working together and supporting each other. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
