Hey Swim Families,

My name is Grace Sadler and I will be West Valley's Head Coach this year! I am so excited to get to swimming. My bio will be posted on the website soon so please be sure to check it out and learn a little bit more about me. I am thrilled to announce that our first day of practice will be this upcoming Tuesday at Allan Jones. We will start dryland at 7:15 and hop in the pool at 8:00. Additionally, we will have a team meet-up at Pelican's on Kingston Pike this Sunday, September 17th at 3:00pm! I hope to see everyone there.
