Hi Team!

Woohoo! Congratulations on a great win against Bearden Middle School yesterday! 

I know I am not alone when I say we are so proud of all the hard work our athletes are putting in to their sport. Its paying off. Lots of best times and exciting finishes are just some of the greatness we saw yesterday. 

I also want to mention Reed Helms, our WVSD diver, who dove earlier in the weekend and got a 1st place finish! He has been competing and winning with our team since our very first meet. Although we don't get to practice with Reed or see him at the meets, we are so thankful for his strong efforts and commitment to helping West Valley shine!

Tuesday 11/21 No practice for middle school (high school only)
